Security + Really?

One of our San Diego friends (I'll refer to him as Aloe Vera) asked if we had to take the Security + certification. Huh? I sure as hell hope not! Has anyone else heard anything about this?

So a reply by a man known as 'CHENG', stated that this is a "long standing requirement for any DoD contractor who has privileged access to information systems, to be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified."

So, for overseas folks, maybe? For those dealing with US networks, absolutely.

Sorry for the bad news-- maybe there's still time to buy stock in Security +?
